The DT3 service desk and Specialists are available between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We have "On Call" IT Specialists available for emergency work outside of business hours. All IT Direct services are based on our standard hourly rates charged at 30 minute intervals or part thereof (Minimum of one hour).
