You will be assigned your own personal IT Manager who will work closely with you to draw up a comprehensive IT roadmap and strategy and also manage your commercial relationship with DT3. Your contract will begin with an IT assessment and strategy which will be repeated year on year.

Your IT Manager not only ensures you have the appropriate service contract with us, but also keeps you informed about the various new technologies we have sourced to ensure you can stay ahead of your competition.

We keep and constantly update a record of your IT setup to ensure that we always have the correct information on hand to provide a rapid and effective resolution every time.
